I’m DAVID, a dedicated COACH with over 30 years of experience in fitness, strength training, martial arts, and holistic movement practices. As a former Royal Marines Commando, I know firsthand the value of physical fitness, mental resilience, and discipline. My journey in the fitness world has been both a lifelong passion and a personal mission to help others unlock their full potential.
My Background
From a young age, I was captivated by the art of movement, leading me to be a lifelong martial artist. My commitment to martial arts took me around the world, including an incredible experience training with the Shaolin masters in China. This deep dive into traditional martial arts transformed the way I view physical training—not just as a way to build muscle or lose weight, but as a means to develop functional strength, mental focus, and holistic HEALTH AND VITALITY.
My Approach
I blend my extensive background in martial arts, elite military training, and holistic movement practices to create a unique training experience for my clients. My methods are informed by a wide range of disciplines, including:
